Your Iron Mountain LTI awards
You play a direct role in our company’s future, and one way your contributions may be recognized is with equity awards.
At Iron Mountain, we believe you should have a clear understanding of how our equity program plays a key role in planning your financial future. That’s why we have created this “one-stop shop” for equity program resources, including the basics of how the program works, a detailed overview of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Performance Units (PUs), Equity Choice feature information, and details on the annual awards.
Whether you’re new to the program or need a refresher on the details, we have resources available to support you. Get a detailed overview of the program in the Annual Equity Award brochure or break down individual topics through a series of short videos.

Leaving Iron Mountain
Generally, unvested RSUs/PUs/stock options are forfeited immediately on your termination date. There are some exceptions (for example, if you are retirement eligible) as defined in your award agreement. Please refer to your award agreement(s) at netbenefits.com for details on treatment of unvested equity awards.
If you have unexercised, vested stock options, you may be eligible to exercise them during a grace period following your termination, as defined in your stock option award agreement. Different stock option award agreements may have different grace periods so it is important to refer to your stock option award agreement(s) at netbenefits.com. After this grace period, any unexercised shares will be forfeited.
